I personally think this card should be pretty good because there's so many fun fights, but there's a big difference between what I like and what the general public expects from a UFC PPV. This card is simply not up to par. The numbers for this event are going to be dog water.

Yeah that’s true but the numbers of the event don’t mean it isn’t going to be fun. I’m just focused on the fights, name value doesn’t matter that much if the matchups are good and competitive (which most of these fights are)

Poatan won't fight in this card, cause he has 2 broken toes. I think he won't fight on Abu Dabi either, cause he said he wants to fight before.

And of course, he's the champ. Magomed can't decide about where the next title fight will happen. Besides, why give Magomed an advantage to fight in a place where he will be heavily favored and have the crowd by his side ?

Perreira fighting on this card will be a massive mistake especially with a broken toe, no need to be a hero, he should prepare himself for heavyweight or Ankaliev who the only fighter who can wrestle at 205, both also be tough fights that will massive for his legacy, take advantage of a training camp

Look what happen to Volk when he tried to be the hero, don’t do that mistake

Should put Perreria vs Ankaliev as the co-main for Conor vs Chandler if Perreira want a quick turn around , or it be at least Setember

Can someone explain to me how 37 year old Aldo is gonna beat a great contender at BW? I get he won’t have to worry about the takedown but he’s much slower now. I think these odds are insane value.

Prediction Comments

Predictions: 10 of 13 Winners, 3 Perfect, 645 Points   |   Tied for 2083rd

Craig vs. Borralho
Caio Borralho, DEC
smooth sailing for borralho unless craig is on bottom he could just throw up a triangle and tap him in 1 second

Smith vs. Petrino
Vitor Petrino, TKO, R2
nah bro trust smith is the best (on paper) he's just waiting for the right time. Crafty vet move.

Pereira vs. Potieria
Michel Pereira, TKO, R1
pereira is nuts at 185 and ihor gotta fight sharabullet after this so he might not be fully focused for pereira's speed and power because it seems like he has a speed advantage im every middleweight fight.

Silva vs. Klose
Drakkar Klose, TKO, R2
fire fight but klose is violent (sometimes autism) and he can just land that winging shot on the chin.

Costa vs. Borjas
Alessandro Costa, DEC
one of the best non ranked flyweight matchups you can make right now. this will have a pretty fast pace and they both are good style matchups for eachother. Great sleeper fight.

Brener vs. Orolbai
Myktybek Orolbai, DEC
genghis khan's great grand child vs moon forehead chute boxe chad. Orolbai got that 11th century aura

Silva vs. Gomis
Jean Silva, TKO, R2
jean silva is the featherweight brazilian yoel romero.

Predictions: 9 of 13 Winners, 2 Perfect, 555 Points   |   Tied for 3476th

Martinez vs. Aldo
Jonathan Martinez, DEC
Fight of the night, I think it's going decision either way but youth will win the leg kick battle

Silva vs. Gomis
Jean Silva, DEC
Low confidence but I just don't love Gomis' game, this feels like a standard case of a guy with more volume and less power getting very slightly beaten by a guy who puts a little more behind every shot

Kowalkiewicz vs. Lucindo
Karolina Kowalkiewicz, DEC
When in doubt back the underdog in WMMA

Ruffy vs. Mullarkey
Mauricio Ruffy, TKO, R2
Mullarkey will be winning until he gets flatlined, his technique is probably better than Ruffy but the Johnson and Naimov fights killed his chin

Bonfim vs. Pichel
Ismael Bonfim, DEC
30-27 maybe even 30-26 with Pichel barely surviving a gnarly first round

No way I can pick Aldo, he seems focused on getting his UFC contract wrapped up so he can make money celebrity boxing.

Petrino is one of the best prospects but his chin is so damn suspect as of right now, Lion Heart's not doing **** to him but higher in the rankings is where Petrino can get his chin tested, still can't forget when The Pleasure Man badly hurt Petrino
