Pretty easy fight for whittaker really, he deserves one after fighting Pedero twice in a row.That's not to say Gastelum is bad, he's just got nothing for Rob.. Literally not a single thing that he does that Whittaker cannot do better and harder. He's going to get beaten up pretty badly here; knuckles is basically going to punch ten shades of **** out of him and I doubt the fight lasts past three rounds.We haven't even seen whittaker fight uninjured in a championship bout yet. He beat Yoel with one leg, and then one hand.

Anyways I love me some Gasman but he's ******-a-rooney in this bout.

I'll go with Skelli's prediction of Whittaker by KO/TKO 3rd.

@Bruce crute is mediocre and isn't star material. Barely got through the bear Jew and even that was on the back of youth and a mass advantage. Doubt he's ever even top 5 TBH.

Im still more excited to watch how Crutes career plays out than watching Bones fight Alex & DC 2-3 more times. And Spanns for that matter. And Stosic. And Ankalaev. And Anthony Smith. And Thiago Santos. And Walker JR. Those guys are the future, regardless of how it plays out its still far more interesting than watching the same old **** again.

Just the thought of people preaching that lame ass cheater is just disgusting. Jones boxing is that of the wacky, waving, inflatable, flailing tube man. He makes up for it in steroid use, fantastic wrestling, vicious kick and elbows. But his boxing is absolutely non-existent. I still think Rumble could exploit that. Along with other big heavy punchers with decent head-movement. DC exposed this in the 2nd fight. In "intimate" range Cormier was landing those hooks at will. Did Jon eat them like snacks? Yuhp. Never said Jones didn't have a chin. Lets just say if Jones showed up to Fury's gym or Wilders gym, he'd be learning how to throw a real 1-2 with the rest of the beginners.

Agreed @pie2munch. The title fight is fantastic, and Adesanya-Silva will certainly pull at some heart strings while also showing a glimpse of the future. But after that, there is some decent fights but nothing that will get fans to buy the PPV.

It's not Charles Rosa its some Brazilian who is teammates with Anderson. 32 year old Marcos Mariano (6-4) looks like he is getting the Lobov treatment of only getting signed because of his friendship with the Spider. He has one of the least impressive records I've ever seen and he turns 33 this year so he has zero potential to become anything.
