My Summary

GOAT in all divisions of modern MMA based ON RESUME alone. Quality of wins with context (example: Fedor beating old and withered Sonnen and Rampage is not getting good wins) is the most important factor, bonus points for title defences, double champ and Double Champ (with both divisions defended) status, and minus points for PEDs and such. Great wins are champions and multiple time title challengers or just great fighters in their prime. Good wins are ranked opponents with a good skillset or title challengers. Mediocre wins are ranging everywhere from okay fighters to cans. GSP = Aldo > Volkanovski = Fedor > DJ > DC > Jones > Khabib > Adesanya > Usman = Holloway > Silva > Miocic > Nunes > Hughes > Makhachev > Oliveira > McGregor > Cruz > Edgar > Zhang > Cejudo > Velasquez > Shevchenko > Poirier > Whittaker > Penn
