  1. 1

    Chihiro Suzuki
    Chihiro Suzuki
    13-3-0, 1 NC
    1999 - Japan - RIZIN Champion

Former kickboxer constantly improving at MMA. Maybe slightly fortuitous to get Patricio under the circumstances that he did but still took advantage of it. Followed that up by winning the title by getting a KO off his back. Obviously a wildly powerful striker, against Kanehara it looked like he'd worked on his takedown defence as his pummeling was good and was never taken down. Keeps a very forward leaning stance which is hard to shoot under and seems fast enough to be able to leave his head forward like that. Very good finishing instincts, jumps on guys when they're hurt and doesn't let them recover.
  2. 2

    Patricio Pitbull
    Patricio Pitbull
    36-7-0
    1987 - Brazil - Bellator Champion

I think he's clearly lost a step, but he's still up there in the division. Come out of his mid life bantamweight then taking a short notice fight at lightweight crisis and has the same penchant for winning slower paced technical striking matches that he's always had. Likes to mix leg kicks in with well timed punches as guys come at him, works back up pretty well when taken down and sticks to his task.
  3. 3

    Aljamain "Funk Master" Sterling
    Aljamain Sterling
    "Funk Master"
    24-4-0
    1989 - USA - UFC

Former 135 UFC champ looked absolutely fine stepping up to 145. Didn't look undersized at all and immediately able to impose his grappling at the higher weight class. Sometimes lacks urgency to finish but control really good and one of the best back takers and holders in the sport.
  4. 4

    Calvin "The Boston Finisher" Kattar
    Calvin Kattar
    "The Boston Finisher"
    23-8-0
    1988 - USA - UFC

Looking a bit vulnerable at the moment. Dominated on the ground in the Aljo fight although obviously against a good grappler, but didn't show much ability to stay on his feet. Came into that off a bad injury in the Allen fight. A very good striker when he was at his peak with good volume, accuracy and power but seems to be on the downslide.
  5. 5

    "The Miracle" Lerone Murphy
    Lerone Murphy
    "The Miracle"
    14-0-1
    1991 - England - UFC

Passed test against Edson with flying colours, able to go the pressure route that usually gives him trouble, but looked good on the back foot against him too. Jabs really well, uses feints to confuse, really good pressure boxing against the cage, mixed in takedowns well. Did struggle on his back a bit against Santos and hasn't faced a good grappler since.
  6. 6

    Joanderson "Tubarão" Brito
    Joanderson Brito
    "Tubarão"
    17-3-1
    1995 - Brazil - UFC

Physical beast who cracks hard, squeezes chokes really ******* hard and generally does everything full force. Just overwhelms a lot of guys with how strong and athletic he is. Cardio seems solid, was able to stop JSP wearing him out and got back up to finish him. Also pretty strong at cage wrestling, able to hold guys there. Worked in some hard leg kicks against Shore. Looking like a problem for guys.
  7. 7

    Edson "Junior" Barboza
    Edson Barboza
    "Junior"
    24-12-0
    1986 - Brazil - UFC

Still competitive at the top level after a long career. Accuracy on punches, great leg kicks and has the spins there. Willing to go to war if need be and capable of coming out on top in that kind of fight. Never really liked fighting under forward pressure from guys who are extremely good at just walking people down and still doesn't.
  8. 8

    Sean "The Sniper" Woodson
    Sean Woodson
    "The Sniper"
    12-1-1
    1992 - USA - UFC

Seems to be putting things together more consistently now. Always had really good movement and boxing, uses his insane height for the division well to maintain his range and pop off at range while keeping a good level of volume with lots of feinting and pressure on the opponent to make it difficult for them to see an opening to get inside and get their own stuff off. Good leg kicks and makes good uses of shoulder rolls to make it hard to hit him. Looked a bit shakier under pressure when Alex said **** it and started pressuring forward at him, hit more cleanly and didn't look as comfortable.
  9. 9

    Alex "Bruce Leeroy" Caceres
    Alex Caceres
    "Bruce Leeroy"
    21-15-0, 1 NC
    1988 - USA - UFC

Seems to be the go to guy for the UFC to put back in the rankings when someone falls out for a reason other than losing to someone in the same division. Still an experienced guy who's tough to finish and knows how to win fights with good movement and solid striking even if it lacks power and pretty good BJJ if average wrestling. Adaptable with striking, can adjust gameplan if getting outworked by opponent. Cuts off cage well if he decides he wants to press forward. Solid pacing and cardio, output in the third round is usually the same as it is in the first.
  10. 10

    David "Silent Assassin" Onama
    David Onama
    "Silent Assassin"
    12-2-0
    1994 - Uganda - UFC

Now training at Factory X and improving. Always had athleticism and power but technique is now starting to catch up. Nice fast jab and has a decent cross he can put behind it. Makes a few technical mistakes in takedown defence and ends up on his back a bit. Gives his back up a lot but was exploding out of it to turn in against JSP. Showed a few times he can dig deep and has been in with some cardio monsters like JSP and Nate the train so should be well equipped to deal with those kind of fights going forward.
  11. 11+

  12. 11

    Jeremy "JBC" Kennedy
    Jeremy Kennedy
    "JBC"  |  19-4-0, 1 NC
    1992 - Canada - Bellator

One of those guys who's pretty solid at everything but not really excellent at anything. It means that he usually has an option of where he can take a fight to beat most guys, but the guys at the very top are always likely to be able to deal with him.
  13. 12

    Akbar "Bakal" Abdullaev
    Akbar Abdullaev
    "Bakal"  |  11-0-0
    1997 - Kyrgyzstan - ONE Championship

Looks an absolute killer so far in ONE career. Huge one shot power which he can land on breaks and in sneaky moments, if he hits a guy clean they're probably going down. Really good wrestling too, good trips from the back especially, stays connected and gets mat returns. Some guys able to get up but hard to get away from him.
  14. 13

    Jonathan "JSP" Pearce
    Jonathan Pearce
    "JSP"  |  14-6-0
    1992 - USA - UFC

Pace merchant who tries to drown people with wrestling and grappling and mostly succeeds. Not always technically perfect and is a bit sloppy at times but the sheer pace the man fights at is good enough to beat a lot of people. Good at maintaining connection and diving back in when opponents get back up to try and avoid seperations.
  15. 14

    Jack "Tank" Shore
    Jack Shore
    "Tank"  |  17-2-0
    1995 - Wales - UFC

Solid fighter, good boxing and cardio, mixes in wrestling well against people below his level in that regard. Had a problem with the leg kicks against Brito and seemed to have an issue with the strength and athleticism of him and Simon. A bit too willing to be put on the back foot and hang out against the fence.
  16. 15

    Alexey "Gladiator" Polpudnikov
    Alexey Polpudnikov
    "Gladiator"  |  35-10-1
    1992 - Russia - ACA

Probably on the best run of his career at the moment. Takedown defence not brilliant but always tries to work back up and when he does get back up he's straight on the gas, pressuring and throwing at the opponent and often breaks them this way. Really good hands and fast boxing with good power.
  17. 16

    Halil "No Mercy" Amir
    Halil Amir
    "No Mercy"  |  10-1-0
    1994 - Turkey - ONE Championship

Solid punching power, good at scrambling, good cardio, decent wrestling. Cruised through the middle of the division in ONE, dropped and ran into Abdullaev but that kid is a monster so wouldn't hold that against him. Not sure actually a featherweight but whatever.
  18. 17

    Kai "Fighting Hawaiian" Kamaka III
    Kai Kamaka III
    "Fighting Hawaiian"  |  13-5-1
    1995 - USA - PFL

Constantly improving, very solid kickboxing, mixes offence up really well, punches tight, correct form, good calf kicks, hands where they should be defensively. Quick at working back up when taken down. Solid gas tank, able to fight at a consistent pace for three rounds. Not really outstanding at anything but clearly a dude who works very hard to get as good as he can be.
  19. 18

    Enrique "El Fuerte" Barzola
    Enrique Barzola
    "El Fuerte"  |  20-8-2
    1989 - Peru - PFL

I was worried about how his style would adapt to coming up a division but fought well against Borics. Very good gas tank, very good chin, very good desire and pushes a pace which just allows him to outwork a lot of dudes, lost a close fight with Borics but was still doing the things he was good at at 135. Striking kind of underrated, gets inside well and throws hard hooks that land pretty well. Does get hit a lot, but even if he gets dropped he's tough as ****.
  20. 19

    Bubba "Bad Man" Jenkins
    Bubba Jenkins
    "Bad Man"  |  21-8-0
    1988 - USA - PFL

Has worked on striking over the years and now fairly competitive there early. Seems to have been at a detriment to his wrestling, has a striking mode and a wrestling mode, doesn't really blend it well. Ends up on ankle picks a lot which don't seem to work at a high level, better when can get to a body lock but seems to struggle to hold people down when they turtle. Always likely to fade in the third.
  21. 20

    Justin "J-Train" Gonzales
    Justin Gonzales
    "J-Train"  |  14-4-0
    1991 - USA - PFL

Seems to be stagnating after once being a pretty hot prospect. Solid wrestler, pretty good from bodylock, solid enough cardio, striking is okay too, just doesn't really seem to impose himself on fights enough. Seems to have found his level.
  22. 21

    Lance "The Party" Palmer
    Lance Palmer
    "The Party"  |  23-8-0
    1987 - USA - ACA

All poor Lance wanted was a chance in the UFC, but he was basically the only top Team Alpha Male guy to never get one and now he's ended up out of the PFL too and having to fight beasts in ACA constantly. He's still a good offensive wrestler who controls position well, even if he's a bit boring when he fights like that. Striking has improved over the years but not exactly a threat there. Durability and cardio aren't quite what they were when he was winning PFL seasons, gassed badly in the 2nd against Polpy after a good first round wrestling.
  23. 22

    Tyler Diamond
    Tyler Diamond
    13-3-0
    1991 - USA - PFL

Team Alpha male trained and fights like it. Good power on the feet, can really hurt guys if he can land clean on them. Wrestling and top control good. A little frustrating in the sense that he cannot avoid his instinct to wrestle and engage in grappling even when he's winning on the feet.
  24. 23

    Viktor Kolesnik
    Viktor Kolesnik
    26-6-1
    1996 - Russia - RIZIN

Former rival of Nate the Train back in Russia had a very solid record there and has wound up in Japan. He's a very busy fighter with very good volume and cardio, he mixes up his strikes pretty well, throwing in combination and varying the target zone around the body. Punches are a little more hooky than straight but not super wide. Has a really good teep to the gut that he uses regularly. Due to the nature of his wide punches he can get cracked a bit by punches coming back up the middle but generally a good bet to out hustle guys.
  25. 24

    Asaël "The Sultan" Adjoudj
    Asaël Adjoudj
    "The Sultan"  |  8-1-0
    1999 - France - Bellator

Wrestling looked a lot better than I remembered against Fontes, pushed into the clinch well, good at getting behind his man, dragging him to his knee and throwing a hook in. Not controlling so well but keeping connected and dragging back down. Didn't seem over keen to engage in striking much until he got his opponent to overcommit and nailed him with a counter. Looked good.
  26. 25

    Samuel "Sammon Decker" Bark
    Samuel Bark
    "Sammon Decker"  |  10-2-0
    Sweden - UAE Warriors

Muay Thai style as his nickname suggests but pretty well adapted to MMA and is a decent grappler and back taker too. Not too difficult to take down but commits to getting back up as soon as possible if he's against the cage and if flattened out he does a good job of using butterflies to create space and get up from there. Likes to try and pressure with the Muay Thai if he can, has a habit of falling into the clinch too much when I feel he could be getting off on people. Very good 5 round cardio, out hustled Alqaisi who doesn't have bad cardio himself.
  27. 26

    Brett "The Pikey" Johns
    Brett Johns
    "The Pikey"  |  20-4-0
    1992 - Wales - PFL

Looked better at the weight than I thought he might do against Timur. Always has the same plan, come forward, throw punches in aggressively and tightly and look to try and get into legs and try and join hands together for double. Worked well at 135 but time will tell how well it works at 145. Looks hard to finish, but maybe a tendancy to not work up fast enough from bottom and got stuck there more than he probably wanted to against both Timur and Sabatello.
  28. 27

    Robert Ruchała
    Robert Ruchała
    10-1-0
    1998 - Poland - KSW Interim Champion

Probably going to get promoted to full champion soon because I don't see Parnasse re-signing. He's pretty decent, has to get in wars a lot but he's a gritty guy and has good cardio and he'll wear people down which makes him tough in a 5 round situation as he'll still be going hard at the end if you haven't got rid of him before then.
  29. 28

    Yves "You Know" Landu
    Yves Landu
    "You Know"  |  21-9-0
    1986 - France - Bellator

Pretty solid fighter, athletic even in his late 30s, generally likes to wrestle, pretty good at getting into clinches and dragging guys down, top control is alright but better guys can work up. Doesn't always get guys off him that well if they can turn it around. Fughts pretty close a lot of the time.
  30. 29

    Patryk "Prince of Radom" Kaczmarczyk
    Patryk Kaczmarczyk
    "Prince of Radom"  |  11-3-0
    1998 - Poland - KSW

The man with one of the hardest names to spell in the business was unfortunate go get taken out early in his KSW interim title tilt because he'd been showing big improvements on the feet prior to that and he's always been a good grappler. Second time he's been KO'd to the body, so maybe a bit of a weakness there.
  31. 30

    James Hendin
    James Hendin
    9-2-0
    1997 - England - Oktagon

Good fighter, primarily interested in grappling, works guys back to the cage, shoots in on the legs, pulls legs out well and keeps control from there looking for Dagi style cross overs. Good gas tank, gets guys flat and gets off damage and works for subs.
  32. 31

    Roman Ogulchanskiy
    Roman Ogulchanskiy
    13-6-1
    1992 - Ukraine - ACA

Long for the weight, comfortable off the back foot and a good counter striker, pretty sharp straight punches and good body kicks. Managed to arm triangle Makashvili from inside his guard so must have a good squeeze on his chokes.
  33. 32

    Jonas "Joshua" Bilharinho
    Jonas Bilharinho
    "Joshua"  |  11-3-1
    1990 - Brazil - Bellator

Frustratingly inconsistent, even in the same fight a lot of the time. Doesn't enjoy people putting pressure on him really, but can look very pretty if you give him space to work. Takedown defence pretty average, get ups similar. Generally if someone is good and brings a high work rate and forward pressure they should beat him.
  34. 33

    "Texas Kid" Michael Aswell
    Michael Aswell
    "Texas Kid"  |  9-1-0
    2000 - USA - Fury FC Champion

Fast improving trainee of the late Saul Soliz. Has the kind of Yanez like boxing that you see out of his guys. Good power in his hands, gets good pressure on and showed good clean finishing to take out a guy as experienced as Nate Richardson
  35. 34

    Kangjie "The Hypnotist" Zhu
    Kangjie Zhu
    "The Hypnotist"  |  19-4-0, 1 NC
    1996 - China - JCK

This dude has an absolute missile of a right hand. Very fast and accurate with it and finds the chin more often than not. Uses it to the body too, good body kicks, kept pace pretty well over three rounds.
  36. 35

    Shin Haraguchi
    Shin Haraguchi
    8-1-0, 1 NC
    1998 - Japan - Grachan

Made the right move to drop to 145. Super fast shots and level changes, pretty one dimensional with the wrestling but very good at chain wrestling and control. Seems to be working on an overhand.
  37. 36

    Kacper "Polish Machida" Formela
    Kacper Formela
    "Polish Machida"  |  18-4-0
    1996 - Poland - KSW

FEN standout gave up on waiting for the UFC and signed with KSW to make some money, should be an interesting addition to the 145 mix over there. Decent debut against Vila, uses a lot of feinting, lifts the front leg up to feint with that far more than average and blasts with hooks to the body when he gets chance. Occasionally got a bit emotional and yells. Not sure he's really anything like Machida but I guess he can call himself what he wants.
  38. 37

    Otto Rodrigues
    Otto Rodrigues
    14-2-0
    1988 - Brazil - PFL

Late bloomer, making a run into a major promotion late in his career. Good grappler and back taker if he can get on top but doesn't look like he'll find it easy against good wresters. Striking pretty limited, mostly loopy punches to try and get into clinches. Pretty hittable, but tough. Looked like he might be just short of a good level big promotion guy in the Diamond fight.
  39. 38

    Yoshiki Nakahara
    Yoshiki Nakahara
    18-7-0
    1992 - Japan - RIZIN

Solid striker who's been towards the top of a few Asian promotions. Has good straight punches down the pipe and a good body kick. Tends to hang about in the pocket a little too long after finishing his own combo which can let a busier fighter land a few on him and get some points on him. Chin seems solid there, only hurt by Suzuki and that guy nukes people. Could do to up output a bit in some fights which is another issue he has with busier guys.
  40. 39

    Javier "Blair" Reyes
    Javier Reyes
    "Blair"  |  18-3-0
    1993 - Colombia - LFA

Making a run into the proper US scene after spending most of his career in Combate and the Mexican regionals. On a good undefeated streak at this point and seems to have found himself as a fighter. Very good cardio, looks to get on top and do damage with ground and pound. Nice hips and can hold mount well and float to the back too. Did end up on his back a bit against Gibson but looked fine on the bottom too. His brown belt looks pretty legit.
  41. 40

    Ilkhom Nazimov
    Ilkhom Nazimov
    11-3-0
    1995 - Uzbekistan - RIZIN

Very good striker, I like his leg dexterity, gets kicks up at close angles and seems to be able to choose his targets and hit them with more accuracy than most. Calm and accurate with his hands too, pretty nice jab and solid volume. Makes the odd mistake in the grappling, not sure why he was holding onto a guillotine for so long against Sora. Good ground and pound once he figured things out though, looked fairly safe avoiding sweeps. Only recent loss was him just getting caught cold and knocked out right at the start of the fight.
  42. 41

    Ali "The Royal Fighter" AlQaisi
    Ali AlQaisi
    "The Royal Fighter"  |  15-8-0
    1990 - Jordan - UAE Warriors

Determined dude. Not particularly skilled but has a way of staying competitive in fights. Decent movement on the back foot, striking is fine but lacks power. Wrestling also not bad, engages in clinch and tries to kind of hustle and trip guys, usually takes him ages and then he struggles to control them.
  43. 42

    James "The Alley Cat" Gonzalez
    James Gonzalez
    "The Alley Cat"  |  11-7-0
    1990 - USA - Combate Global

A featherweight by trade but sometimes takes short notice fights in other divisions. Can be a slow starter but going to be there all fight Very, very tough to finish, fought multiple UFC fighters on the regionals and none of them have got him out of there. Very good grappler, has a variety of subs, good back taker and controls top position well if he gets there, can throw things up and sweep off his back too. Striking not brilliant, mainly looks for overhands so can be outpointed on the feet.
  44. 43

    Levan "The Hornet" Makashvili
    Levan Makashvili
    "The Hornet"  |  20-9-1
    1989 - Georgia - ACA

Starting to look a little shopworn. Likes to come forward and try and get into clinches to get his wrestling going but doesn't seem to be able to do it against decent competition anymore. Getting arm triangled while he had full guard against Ogulchansky was a real concern.
  45. 44

    Bruno "Carpa" Fontes
    Bruno Fontes
    "Carpa"  |  6-1-0
    1995 - Brazil - Bellator

Terrible debut for Bellator, did not look like the same guy I saw in Jungle Fight. Really struggled when his opponent pushed the wrestling on him, did do well at not accepting bottom but not able to seperate and ended up just stuck there. A bit stiff and slow on the feet and got countered and finished. Don't think he's chinny, was just a good shot.
  46. 45

    Nate "The Natural" Richardson
    Nate Richardson
    "The Natural"  |  11-5-0
    1990 - USA - Fury FC

Solid former Glory kickboxer. Good at going deep into fights and wearing dudes down. Decent anti-wrestler for the most part. Recent KO was just a case of being caught by a hard hitter and not being able to recover. Don't think he should actually have won the Diego Lopes fight but impressive to even be competitive with a guy like that.
  47. 46

    Lerryan "Dougie" Douglas
    Lerryan Douglas
    "Dougie"  |  10-5-0
    1995 - Brazil - LFA

Has to rely on powerful overhand a little bit, kind of an overhand cross that comes through super powerfully, great punch to have in your arsenal. Struggles if you can get him on the back foot because that punch is more dangerous if he can come forward at you.
  48. 47

    "Nasty" Nathan Ghareeb
    Nathan Ghareeb
    "Nasty"  |  9-3-0
    1993 - USA - LFA

Fun pressure fighter to watch, gets on opponent straight away, has especially good leg kicks, feints well, uses front kicks, jabs to keep volume on opponent. If he gets too close he's happy to fall into the clinch where he's good at dirty boxing and foot stomps. Solid level of output. Got careless against Douglas and couldn't handle his power.
  49. 48

    Chase "El Guero" Gibson
    Chase Gibson
    "El Guero"  |  13-7-0
    1990 - USA - LFA

Not sure he still has the belief he can make the UFC one day, looks like he's doubting himself in there a bit. Faded very badly against Reyes, good grappling when he can control the fight but when it's going the other way it's all hail mary rolls and going to turtle and getting stuck there. I do like his work from front headlock if someone ends up stuck under him there.
  50. 49

    Bin Xie "The Stalker"
    Bin Xie
    "The Stalker"  |  12-4-0
    1998 - China - WLF

Looks to have improved a bit since first RUFC appearance. Pretty solid jab and leg kicks, keeping up decent volume. Didn't used to move head much, not sure if still doesn't.
  51. 50

    Ahmed Vila
    Ahmed Vila
    12-5-1, 1 NC
    1996 - Bosnia - KSW

Keeps things pretty simple, had a decent with streak going up to the Formela fight but seemed content to stay fairly safe and hope for a mistake he could capitalise on in that one.
  52. 51

    Abdullah "The Reaper" Al-Qahtani
    Abdullah Al-Qahtani
    "The Reaper"  |  9-1-0
    1998ish - Saudi Arabia - PFL

PFL are trying to set the table for him to be the star of PFL Mena and he's alright. He can crack and has decent grappling, needs to refine things a bit as swings a little wild sometimes. Good cardio to keep coming and throwing. Got shut down a but by Bakhitiyar in his only fight against a decent level opponent, but does seem to be improving.
  53. 52

    Masuto "Mast" Kawana
    Masuto Kawana
    "Mast"  |  10-3-0
    1995 - Japan - Gladiator Champion

Good wrestler with good upper body clinches and trips. Pushes cardio to the absolute limit he can.Striking defence pretty terrible if he ends up stuck on the feet, tough guy though, took an absoolute leathering off Elijah Johns and was still there at the end.
  54. 53

    Ylies "Tupek" Djiroun
    Ylies Djiroun
    "Tupek"  |  22-8-0
    1992 - France - BRAVE

Decent journeyman, very good guillotine which he goes after all the time and can hit standing or on the ground. Dropped badly against Mulumba but good recovery instincts. Fights southpaw and has a decent bodykick. Does make some stupid decisions in fights sometimes.
  55. 54

    Brahyan Zurcher
    Brahyan Zurcher
    8-0-0
    1996 - Mexico - Lux Fight League

Good grappler who's fighting for Lux on a loan of sorts from PFL. Hasn't really fought tough competition yet but has solidly beaten the guys he had fought. Coming off a solid win over a journeyman in Pasha Rodriguez that everyone in Mexico has to go through.
  56. 55

    "Super Rookie" Young Jae Song
    Young Jae Song
    "Super Rookie"  |  6-1-1
    1996ish - South Korea - AFC Champion

Looks okay on the feet, throws pretty hard and in combination, issue in the Kawana fight was that he kept crashing distance into the clinch against a wrestler. Working up pretty well initially, but struggled to make space. Hurt in the third but extremely tiring fight.

Very young, still kind of a work in progress but fighting at a very good level for his age. Keeps a very good pace in a fight and has good cardio, I like his scrambling and his refusal to accept bad positions and determination to work for a good one.

Decentish striker with good kicks, good hooks a bit of pop and some good aggression. TDD really not very good and makes a lot of stupid decisions when grappling that put him in bad positions. Also liable to shoot on grapplers.

Tough time with Shin, to his credit the guy doesn't accept takedowns and works back up but just couldn't stop the initial shots against Shin. Loves flying knees. Seems to keep getting opportunities due to the Korean Zombie connection.

Decent wrestler/grappler, quite one dimensional in that regard. Extremely hittable on the feet, but pretty tough so can take it a bit. Will continue to shoot, back takes and work rate pretty decent. Can control parts of fights but lose on damage.

Took second attempt at Road to UFC on late notice, didn't do too well but big cut. Pretty solid record on the Chinese regionals but doesn't look like has the capability to step up.

Interesting guy, seems to be putting a run together. I've only seen him hit a really cool flying knee on a bit of a can but he was patient and waited for his opportunity to strike.

Reasonable fighter, decently athletic and strong. Fairly consistent in getting wins against guys at the lower level of the division but just doesn't have the level when a higher level guy comes at him, couldn't deal with the grappling of Hendin at all.

Very much a grappler, doesn't look comfortable on the feet at all, head movement not very good and offense is just to pile forward into a clinch. Will pull guard and try Imanari rolls to get into grappling from the bottom, sometimes looks a bit desperate doing it. Pretty flexible hips on his back, will try and throw up subs and sweeps but hangs onto them while eating ground and pound which isn't good under a damage scoring system. Likes to try flower sweeping but ends up with his arm stuck doing it sometimes.

Absolutely rolling through cans at the moment. Very good, quick and snappy high kick. BJJ working at SA regional level but maybe needs tightening up a little bit, aggressive with it, goes for subs and seems to have a good squeeze on his RNC.

Got a lot of subs on the African scene but didn't look much of a grappler against Djiroun. Does look like he has a bit of power though as he badly dropped Ylies before getting finished by a gilly.

Fun Mexican journeyman who's usually good to give prospects in that region a workout. Comes to scrap, nice and aggressive but generally going to get finished by anyone decent.
