Think for one thing moving down a weight was a terrible idea, when you are that much older.  First thing that goes is speed and it was evident in this fight. He was much slower and just getting barraged

I think BJ coming back wasn't warrior spirit or "I wasn't built for life on the couch" ... it was money. BJ is seeing just how much more money can potentially be made off a name like his these days and made an attempt on maybe banking on that and failed.

I think he chose featherweight because the lightweights these days are so much bigger than they were when he was in his prime.

Hopefully he got the memo and we won't be watching him fight anymore, because it's painful.
