Bottom line is it's obviously about as bad a problem as fighters have been claiming it is for years. There will continue to be failures throughout 2016 as guys see what they can and can't get away with.
After this year, I expect the rate of failures to decrease, but I also expect some guys with the resources to invest in better drugs and masking processes. It's always been an arms race in pro sports between the testers and the testees (not balls.) We'll see where it goes. It's certainly served the function of putting a clear message out there.
