It varies between as pro but 3 minute rounds, to hats, gloves, shin pads, to no closed fist strikes to the head and everything in between.

-Big gloves & shin pads
-3 rounds of 2 minutes
-no knees
-no elbows
-no spinning back fists
-no kicks to the head or body of a down opponent
