What's his gameplan for the fight? How comfortable is he going in to fight a southpaw?

What does he think of being an underdog in this fight and is he pissed off about the odds?

I am very jealous.  Rich is my favorite fight.

  • Bring up his recent teaming with Jen Wenk and StarPR Las Vegas.
  • Ask how is foundation is going and what hes working on (Keep It In The Ring Foundation).
  • His contact length and potential for a new contract/how many more fights he has left in him.

Those are the few off the top of my head that I would bring up.. Rich enjoys talking about all his endeavors.

Any plans on moving back down to MW?

rich is the man I met him in Iraq and last year at the Arnold Classic in Colombus OH, the question I want to know is if he will stay at LHW or move back to MW

Maybe ask him how he feels about fighting lil Nog in Brazil or something along those lines, probably a pretty common question for him.

How he felt the first time he was set to face Anderson Silva and the second time for the rematch.

His future plans? Inside and outside the octagon?

What it meant to be the middleweight champion? (Aside from being happy lol...Like did he feel pressure, think he have to train harder, etc)

Why is he such a nice guy lol

I'll try to think of more.

Why does he like pink so much and does he feel like Phil Davis took that from him.

How many bars of soap did it take to remove his tattoo. Did forest ever give him a bar of soap.

Who was his favorite opponent he faced in the UFC.

Beatles or Stones?

@Heroak, the answer is neither, it's Pink Floyd.  I'd ask him if he has plans to go back to teaching when his fight career is done or is he going to remain involved in the sport coaching or at an administrative level.

I'm about to speak with him in ten minutes. The interview will either be up at the end of this week or the beginning of next week. I know I said the Blog was coming back last week, but it's taken a bit of time to kick-start the interviewing. Been reconnecting with a lot of my previous professional contacts.

if i had the chance i'd ask...

Back in 2003 you suffered your first loss to Loyoto Machida, is a rematch something you would be interested in and maybe looking for if you beat Rogério next month?... you were both young and relatively inexperienced fighters back then, and how do you think it would go today with you both of you being vastly improved?

also

a tough one but ... which felt better, winning the UFC MW title or having a day named after you in your hometown of Cincinnati?

Just finished up with him. All great questions guys. I drew from a few of them. Now I've got Mike Thomas Brown in about 30 mins if anyone wants to dig up that thread and post some questions.
