Wiki

David Terrell Wiki

Terrell was a Middleweight fighter and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt under Cesar Gracie. Terrell was once billed to be the next big thing in MMA once he KO'd former contender Matt Lindland in just 24 seconds. He then fought Evan Tanner for the UFC Middleweight championship, he would lose by KO late in the first round. He would bounce back strong though with a victory over hard hitting comeback kid Scott Smith. Terrell would win via first round sub. That however would be Terrell's last fight as he dropped out of back to back fights with an elbow injury and torn knee ligament. He has expressed a will to fight again but for now he is content to keep training fighters at his Nor-Cal Fighting Alliance gym.
