Wow. What a return!!! Sellars returns to the ring after a two year hiatus and absolutely dominates a 34 yr old CrossFit wrestler. And when I say “dominates”, I’m mean a 31 second fight where Noto isn’t allowed to even throw a single strike, much less land anything, but on Sellars’s side, he throws a high kick, which Noto attempted to shoot in on Sellars while his kick was in the air, but Sellars instinctually turned that on its head as he turned ‘s body on its head as he converts Noto’s shot into a spinning headlock into the mat, landing in a choke when the dust settles. Noto escapes into an instant precision strike ground and pound by Sellars, and as Noto tries to defend himself, Sellars then takes his defense and converts it into a rear naked choke that Noto taps out on, giving Sellars yet another submission victory. Sellars flipped Noto like a tsunami wave as he defended a counter move and offensively displayed a strong kick, two submission moves, and this precision strike ground and pound mixed in, all within 31 seconds of fighting. Growth has clearly occurred. Progression has clearly occurred.  What a way to return!
