Koetsu Okazaki is a Japanese mixed martial artist competing in the bantamweight division. Okazaki was a former Shooto Featherweight (132 lbs.) Champion, having defeated then-champion Shuichiro Katsumura via TKO on the second round on April 29, 2011. Okazaki rematched Hiromasa Ogikubo, whom he had previously defeated, for his first title defense. Ogikubo would avenge his loss via third round submission to claim the title.
